Changing the rules in the middle of the game
Why does the TE Board allow postings on the bulletin boards to all none residents for weeks at a time but restricts it for new TE board candidates and some residents that they do not like? Why did they promise all candidates there would be video interviews in their respective homes and then not do it? It was done in the prior previous elections. Is the video/computer club top officers controlling and slanting/selecting what communications they want the residents to see and hear?
Several of their members heard them tell Mr. Mumford what to edit for presentation and when.

PURPOSE
To assure timely input and responses of resident concerns and
to validate reliability of the boards open door policy.
MEMBERSHIP
A district shall take a turn to elect a resident representative (ex-officio board seat) at a board meeting to serve for the next month.
DETAILS
Six districts. Each district will be limited to two months per year. This allows more grass roots communications throughout Trailer Estates.
