Why did they promise all candidates there would be video interviews in their respective homes and then not do it?  It was done in the prior previous elections. TENTH(10TH) ROTATING BOARD MEMBER</title><content type='html'>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;MISSION&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Establish exofficio member&lt;br /&gt;10th Seat on the TRAILER ESTATES Board&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;PURPOSE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;To assure timely input and responses of resident concerns and&lt;br /&gt;to validate reliability of the boards open door policy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;MEMBERSHIP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A district shall take a turn to elect a resident representative (ex-officio board seat) at a board meeting to serve for the next month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;DETAILS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Six districts. Each district will be limited to two months per year.
